We met at UCR in Chemistry class and became lab partners by chance. After working together in class, we decided to continue to get to know each other outside of lab.
We began officially dating a few months later and continued school and visiting family.
After visiting Hawaii in February 2020, COVID meant that we could not be together for months as the world shut down.
We still managed to visit each other and go on fun trips towards the end of the year.
We moved in together in 2021 for the first time and both got jobs in the Bay Area.
We moved into our first apartment in San Rafael and got our cat, Kira, in February.
We took our first international trip together to Japan and moved into our current home back in American Canyon.
We continued to explore, visiting Türkiye and Armenia together.
Our trip to Australia and New Zealand saw us get engaged on March 1st, 2025
